I have been with Santek Online since 2004. I can only recall my site being down one time. It was on a weekend and when I called them it was fixed immediately. They have done a fa nominal job rebuilding my website and have always been thee to walk me through any steps I am unfamiliar with and answer my questions. The reviews about my website have been outrageous! This has been by far one of the best investments I have done for my store and I am so grateful for their support and hand in it. Job well done!
